Singapore - Little India ad Chinatown

Chinatown and Little India in Singapore. Wow, you can get anything and everything here...from typical Chinese to exceptional Indian!

Walking into Chinatown.

Some of the shops

The streets of Chinatown.

they have a whole TinTin shop!

Temples!

Everything is so colourful...note how clean it is!

In comparison to everywhere we have been, Singapore is so expensive. I have never seen anything like it!

Just too nice!

This is St. Andrews Cathedral at City Hall.

Walking the streets of Little India. They have the most fabulous subway system in SG. It drops you anywhere and everywhere. Once you have the routes waxed, it is an absolute pleasure.

Little India.

Typical Indian style!

Colours, colours everywhere.

Gorgeous!

Hindu Temples.

You get fined in SG for anything and everything. If you chew gum, litter you even get fined if you don't flush the toilet!!! They have t-shirts that say, 'Singapore is a fine city' - they then go on to list all the fines you can get!
